The MSU Weed Science group is please to be joined this summer by new graduate student Amanda Harden. Amanda began working with us as an undergraduate last summer and school year in the laboratory. She is currently finishing a B.S. in Crop and Soil Sciences at MSU, but to get a jump start on her M.S. she will begin her field project this summer looking at volunteer Roundup Ready corn in Roundup Ready sugarbeet. She will examine how different corn densities and removal timings impact sugarbeet yield and quality. Welcome Amanda!
